The program gives you a chance to ask questions, interact with other people from and outside the IT world, learn first hand from experts.

Most important of all, you connect with like minded people and stay within a community willing to help your growth.

They helped me prepare for interviews as well so next week I’m starting a new role!

Thank you guys so much for all the knowledge share!

    Jovana Cika Novakovic
    UX Designer @ NCR Voyix

The greatest benefit of the Program for me is the opportunity to go through practical experience in all phases of teamwork and product development – most programs in the market generally offer theory and interactivity exclusively in one domain. The way we adopted new concepts, as well as confirmed familiar ones, is creative and different. It’s evident that a lot of knowledge, effort, and dedication was invested by the trainers, who were available to us all the time during and after the Program. Participants have stayed in touch, and trainers Jovan and Jelena continue to share useful materials in our Slack group, which I find particularly valuable.

My sincere recommendation for all Scrum Masters, Product Owners/Product Managers, Delivery Managers – this is definitely a Program with a high level of ROI.

    Ana Radomirovic
    Scrum Master @ DocuSketch

During the two-month duration of the Interactive Agile Insights Program, what I found most valuable was the opportunity to experience the product creation process through real-world phases.

The program included excellent practical examples and mini case studies, which greatly helped me better understand the entire process.

Thanks to the diverse participants in the group, I had the chance to meet people from various professional backgrounds and with different personalities, all of whom were open to collaboration and mutual support.
I believe this is crucial for this type of program.

I would especially like to praise Jovana and Jelena, who provided us with excellent practical examples and answered every question from the group.

     Danilo Jeftic

Final year student @ the Faculty of Organizational Sciences

I joined this program to gain knowledge about this type of work. As most people with any interest in this industry know, you can’t really specialize in these roles through university education. That’s why I was very glad to hear that such a program was available.
It was especially significant for me to attend, as I’m changing careers and started completely from scratch. The importance was enormous, as it wasn’t all just theory and was far from dry. At least 50% of the program was interaction, and every week there were practical tasks, which is the essence of the job. Therefore, the biggest benefit of the program was that throughout those weeks, we were ‘doing the job’ and learning how to do it. And we certainly felt the atmosphere of teamwork, which is an incredibly valuable experience. All in all, we had excellent preparation to apply for a job posting.

Great praise for Jelena and Jovan, who were constantly available for all questions and help, as well as for the complete organization.
